CPP Disability

If you have been injured and are unable to work, you may have the right access Canadian Pension Plan Disability (CPP Disability) for monetary support.  After the initial application process which you will do with your doctor, you may be denied CPP Disability benefits

Ontario Disability Support Program

Short/Long Term Disability Claims

When you are unable to work due to a disability or injury, you deserve timely and full payment of available benefits from your short and long-term disability (LTD) insurer.

What to do?

 
  • Visit another doctor immediately. Ask for a second opinion.

  • Collect all the evidence you can, including but not limited to; prescriptions, treatments, X-Rays, etc.

  • Call GBLV LLP immediately at 905-232-9222, set your free consultation appointment; clarify all your concerns and doubts. You have up to two years to start a claim but if you wait until the end you might not collect all the evidence you need to build your case and get the compensation you deserve.

  • We will explain your rights to you in our initial consultation, which will be followed by a meeting with our associate lawyers, at which point a retainer will be signed.
