I was a passenger in a vehicle I did not own when it was run off the road by a transport truck. Even though I suffered injuries from the vehicle hitting a rock wall, we were forced into and required hospitalization, my insurance company felt that I did not need rehabilitation. While my physio was kind to extend me credit for a while my insurance company refused to pay anything. I was threatened as well, thankfully someone referred me to Guzzo Bianchi Leung Viskovic LLP and my rep Elvis went to bat for me. He helped me understand what was going on, kept me updated and encouraged me when I felt defeated. He never gave up and I’m grateful for all the hard work he did on my behalf.
